As part of curriculum directed by KTU, the mechanical department of SNGCE had arranged an industrial visit to SR propellers baikampady, Mangalore for 6 th semester students. The industry mainly produces 3 Blade Marine Propeller, 4 Blade Marine Propeller,Propeller Nut, Propeller Shaft, etc. 28 students and 2 faculties Asst. Prof Jobin Joy & Asst. Prof Salman Shah Shamsudheen K got the oppurtunity to take part in the program.Various manufacturing process like forging, casting, milling etc take place in this industry.
