On March 8th, 2023, in celebration of International Women's Day, the Department of Management Studies at SNGCE organized a remarkable event titled "SWARNAM EXPO 2023." This exhibition served as a platform to showcase and sell products created by women entrepreneurs from Aikaranad Grama Panchayat, in collaboration with the 'ONE HOME WOMEN ENTREPRENEUR' initiative.

The expo was inaugurated by Smt. Deena Deepak, Panchayat President of Aikaranad, was initiated by Dr Rajeshwari R, Assistant Professor at SNGCE. SWARNAM proved to be an immense success, offering a valuable platform for women entrepreneurs to introduce, exhibit, and sell their diverse range of products. From food items and clothing to chemical-free cosmetics and handicrafts, the event showcased a wide array of products. The event not only achieved remarkable success but also provided students with invaluable insights into the challenges and risks associated with being independent entrepreneurs in a competitive market.
