The Department of Management Studies organized a captivating Global Tour to Thailand for MBA second-year students from March 12th to March 17th, 2023. The tour included a group of 33 students and 3 faculty members who formed the IV team for this enriching experience. Throughout the journey, the team had the opportunity to explore and appreciate the prominent landmarks of Thailand.

During the tour, the IV team visited Danieli Co., Ltd. in Rayong, Thailand. As one of the seven engineering and production centers within the Danieli Group, Danieli Thailand specializes in providing innovative solutions to the industry. The team had the privilege of attending a presentation about the Danieli Group, gaining insights into its global presence and renowned expertise. This was followed by an immersive tour of the company and its workshop, where students witnessed the advanced technologies and manufacturing processes employed by Danieli Thailand.

Another highlight of the tour was the visit to Mahidol University, a leading international institution in Thailand known for its liberal education system and culturally diverse environment. Students and faculty had the opportunity to interact with university officials, fostering a deeper understanding of the educational sector in Thailand and encouraging knowledge sharing.

The Global Tour to Thailand proved to be an unforgettable experience, providing students with a platform to explore different industries, understand cultural nuances, and expand their horizons. The combination of visits to Danieli Thailand and Mahidol University offered a unique blend of industry insights and academic perspectives, enhancing the student’s overall learning journey.
