The Department of Management Studies of Sree Narayana Gurukulam College of Engineering conducted a webinar for MBA Batch 2021-2023, on 2nd April 2022. Dr. Manu Melvin Joy was the speaker. He is an assistant professor at the School of management studies, cochin university of Science and Technology. It was an interactive session in which the speaker makes the students brainstorm their thoughts, and ideas and think out of the box, and explained the relevance of gamification.

The webinar on "Gamification for a Better World, Including the Industrial Revolution" provided valuable insights into the potential of gamification in shaping a positive future amidst the challenges of the industrial revolution. The speaker highlighted how gamification can enhance workforce engagement, upskilling, and training, promote sustainable practices, foster collaboration and innovation, and address ethical concerns.

By leveraging gamification, organizations can create an environment that embraces change, encourages continuous learning, and drives sustainable industrial practices. The webinar successfully conveyed the significance of gamification in the industrial revolution and left participants inspired to explore its potential applications in their respective industries.

Ultimately, gamification holds the potential to transform the industrial revolution into a force for positive change, where engagement, innovation, and sustainability go hand in hand. The webinar served as a platform for knowledge sharing, The students get an opportunity to understand what exactly the gamification point outs and how to enable this process to develop their knowledge base.
