The Department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, SNGCE hosted a induction program on "Cyber Crimes" on 5th May  2019 at 2:30 pm, by Mrs. Prathibha Varghese, Assistant Professor, ECE. The seminar was conducted to address the following subjects: Attacks, Threats and Vulnerabilities; Global, regional and local cybercrimes; Transnational Organized Crime; Anti-Social Behaviours and Cyber-crimes; Internet Crimes Against Children; Cybercrime prevention strategies and tools; Monitoring the public network on the internet; Local and transnational criminal investigation of cybercrime; and Cybersecurity. The session was interactive and effective.
