B Tech Admission under Govt. Quota

Electronics VLSI - Fees Structure Fee Structure Govt. Quota seats will be allotted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) based on KEAM 2025 Rank List.

College code for Govt.Quota is SNG.
For Govt. Quota , candidates have to apply online with the college code SNG and branch of preference as and when announced by the Commissioner for the Entrance Examination.

 

Admission Procedure 2025        

1. Govt. allotted students should fill the application form which is available on the top of this page (Application Form Fee not required)

2. Upload the necessary documents in the prescribed format.

3. Submit all original documents (details below) and balance fees (Check SNGCE Govt. Fees Structure) at SNGCE office.

» S.S.L.C. / 10th Mark sheet (Original + 2 copies)
» Qualifying Certificate (original + 3 copies)
       HSE - Mark list
       CBSE - Pass Certificate, Mark list, Migration Certificate
       (Outside Kerala) Pass Certificate, Mark lists, Migration Certificate

» Transfer Certificate from the Institution last attended
» Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended
» Physical Fitness Certificate in the relevant format given in Annexure XVII (a) or XVII (b) of the KEAM (CEE) Prospectus(May be produced later, if not available now)

» Caste & Annual income Certificate from Village Officer/Tahsildar in the case of SC/ST/OEC/SEBC

» Entrance Exam. Data Sheet (Rank) (2 copies)
» Admit Card (Entrance Examination)

B Tech Admission under Management Quota

Electronics VLSI - Fees Structure Fee Structure

Eligibility *


1. Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala, or Examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with desirable marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM); as specified in the KEAM 2025 prospectus.

2. Candidates must qualify in Engineering Entrance Examination (KEAM 2025) conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination (CEE), Government of Kerala.

3. AGE: Applicants should have completed 17 years of age on 31st December 2025. No relaxation will be allowed.

4. Nationality: Candidates must be Citizens of India.

Documents to be submitted at the time of admission *

The following documents are to be produced for verification at the time of counseling:

 

  1. » Mark list and Pass certificate (where applicable) of Qualifying exam/ Equivalent exam (Plus two) in original with two self attested copies.
  2. » SSLC / equivalent certificate to prove date of birth with two self attested copies.
  3. » Transfer certificate from the institution last studied in original.
  4. » Course and Conduct certificate in original from the institution last studied.
  5. » Migration Certificate in original for candidates other than those passed Kerala HSE, VHSE &THSE.
  6. » Admit card of KEAM Entrance Examination.
  7. » Result sheet (score) of KEAM Entrance Examination 2023 conducted by CEE.
  8. » Three passport size photographs.(Bring soft copy of photo & signature also)
  9. » Physical Fitness certificate in the format provided in the prospectus for Entrance Exam
  10. » Copy of Aadhar card.

B Tech Admission under NRI Quota

SNGCE can admit 15% of students under NRI Quota in B.Tech as per the sanction of the Kerala Government. These students are admitted by the Management based on their academic eligibility as per APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University norms and exempted from qualifying in Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination 2025.

B.Tech Lateral Entry

B Tech Lateral Entry Application FormFee Structure Academic Eligibility

Candidates who have passed Three years / Two years (Lateral Entry) Diploma in Engineering and Technology OR D.Voc awarded from StateBoard of Technical Education / Universities or Institutions under Govt. of India, or undergoing studies at AICTE approved institutions OR Candidates who have passed B.Sc degree from a recognized university as defined by the UGC with Mathematics at 10+2 are eligible to apply for the Lateral Entry Test subject to fulfilling the requirements of minimum marks as contained clauses 4.1.1 and 4.1.2. (For students coming from diverse background, the universities will offer suitable bridge courses related to Mathematics, Physics, Engineering drawing etc to achieve desired learning outcomes of the programme).

The admission will be subject to regulations prescribed in the Prospectus for B.Tech Lateral entry course, and of the Universities concerned.
